About Me

I love what I do. I am a Global Business Executive and Talent Acquisition Strategist. I roll up my sleeves and drive visions and solutions. I am considered an industry expert in global talent acquisition leadership. I am known for my ability to influence, execute, motivate and implement change within complex matrix environments. I have proven success driving talent strategies and operations; building and developing global, diverse teams; and working with business leaders developing cost and availability strategies in mature and emerging markets. A trusted partner to the business, I advise on such things as business strategy, labor market conditions, location & risk analysis, competitive intelligence and global talent strategies. I successfully partner with all levels of the organization to drive the change needed to succeed.

I have been responsible for global teams as large as 300+ people delivering 13,000 corporate hires and 100,000+ client hires in over 100 countries.

I was the keynote speaker at SourceCon and have also presented Sourcing Leadership workshops at SourceCon and the Corporate Sourcing Leadership Exchange. I am a requested speaker on topics related to social networking, recruiting and human resources and my work has resulted in press interest including The Wall Street Journal, The Kansas City Star and the SHRM HR Magazine.
