Even when we know what to do and when we know how to do it, we can fail. This can come from focus, training or reinforcement. Regardless, it's almost a fact of life.
Failing isn't bad in itself, it's what you learn from it for the next time that offsets the downside.
At times, it's almost like we're committed to failure, because we don't learn from it. Getting past this, where you get to the root cause can make all the difference.
We will never eliminate failure, but if we can better understand it and why we fail, we can discover more opportunities to succeed.
