I love the thesis of this article, that there is a single interview question we can ask that will provide all the information we need to make an informed decision about a prospective hire.

Of course it's not that easy, and the author goes on to say that. And yet, Scott proposes a very intuitive, yet simple question that provides the interviewer with a number of ways to go.

What do we want from our candidates most of all? I think it's knowing that they cared enough about the interview to find out about our company. That's the point here.
