The saying goes that only taxes and death are inevitable, right?
I'll add another to that list: automation across all company functions, and nowhere does it have the potential to make more impact in this economy than in the HR space.
Yet it would seem there is an underwhelming focus. Personally, I think this is due to "shiny penny" fatigue - there is so much great new technology out there - how does one choose, especially when the latest and greatest seems to change by the day...
