I feel that everything that this article speaks to what we, PeopleScout leadership, believes- data drives results. 

My key takeaway and “aha moment” is when the article discussed how data and trends can empower recruiters and improve their results. 

I find from time to time that I know all the data and trends but am I properly sharing and communicating it with the recruiters? Or am I just using it to speak with leadership both internally and externally but not creating action? We can all do a better job using data and sharing data so it is consumable and actionable vs charted and static.
