About Me

Experienced Recruitment Leader, Project Manager, and Operations Director with strong knowledge of recruiting processes, technologies, operations and implementations.

In my current role as the Operations & Quality Director, I am responsible for the internal tools, reporting and processes that support our Global organization. This includes providing visibility into global performance, Delivery tools to support successful Client relationships, Business Continuity Plans, and all aspects of internal Delivery Team support.

I also have 15+ years experience in recruiting implementations, responsible for the design, build, documentation, and training of Operational processes, as well as supporting technology design.

In my previous role as a Service Delivery Manager, I managed a team supporting end to end recruiting for 16 states in the Western and Central region of the United States.

Prior to 2001, I had 20 years experience in the financial industry, holding numerous positions in Human Resources, Consumer, and Commercial Banking.
