Sometimes it’s called gravitas, sometimes just presence. It’s that “thing” that some seem to just have and exude naturally that makes people listen, pay attention, follow.

All too often, it’s a missing quality from our most capable team members. It’s what can prevent them from getting that new opportunity. And it can be “spotted” by applying the observation techniques suggested by this author.
